Our goal as hotel brokers is to organize a marketplace. We are charged with the responsibility of making a market. We provide as broad of exposure as possible. To have as many buyers as possible be aware of the property, be aware of the opportunities the property presents, and then we orchestrate their interest in the property to happen simultaneously.
